Two full living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs, genuine separation of space, not just one shared room everyone competes for. Sleeps up to 10 across the main-level suite, two upstairs bedrooms, and a sleeper sofa in the upstairs living area.

A gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and a large island, fully equipped for real cooking, not just reheating, the kind of kitchen a household can actually gather around.

Air conditioning and heating. Fast 2 gig fiber WiFi throughout. Driveway parking for up to four vehicles, plus plenty of street parking beyond that. Smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and fire extinguisher throughout. A quiet, no-smoking environment. Two small areas stay set aside for us as the property managers, the hallway closets and the garage, mostly for cleaning supplies and maintenance essentials, so those aren't part of the rental.

We welcome dogs up to 50 pounds, up to two dogs per stay, though we're not able to accommodate cats or other pets. All dogs require prior approval before your stay is confirmed. A dog-friendly stay also comes with additional pet rent and a higher deep cleaning fee than a standard stay, since we want every future guest, including anyone with allergies, to feel just as confident staying here after you.
