No security deposit is required. Instead, every reservation includes a one-time deep cleaning and turnover fee, $399 for a private room or $799 for a whole home, which covers preparing the space to a move-in ready standard before you arrive.

Every stay includes monthly professional cleaning, quarterly pest control, and a water softener, along with 2 gig speed fiber internet and all utilities already covered above. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to cook in from the moment you arrive. Really, all you need to bring is yourself and your clothes.

Yes. We offer both. If you're traveling solo or just need your own space, a private room with a private bathroom gives you exactly that. If you need more room for family or a group, our whole home listings give you the entire property to yourselves. Either way, everything is fully furnished and move-in ready.

Stays run on a fixed-term lease. We don't offer month-to-month terms, so your lease is set for an agreed length from the very start.

As your lease end date approaches, we'll check in with you a few times, around 60 days out, again at 45 days, and a final time at 30 days so there's plenty of time to figure out your next step together. If you'd like to extend, just let us know by that 30-day mark, and we'll get it reviewed and documented. If we don't hear back by then, we'll assume you're moving on and begin preparing the space for its next guest.

Rent can be paid by ACH bank transfer or Zelle, both completely free.

Yes, all residents are required to carry renters insurance. It protects you and your belongings, and it's an easy, affordable step we'll walk you through once you're approved.

Applying takes less than 15 minutes, and you can save your progress and come back to it anytime. It will never impact your credit score. Every adult moving in completes their own rental application and screening report, which includes a criminal background check, eviction history,and credit check, for a $45 application fee. This fee is non-refundable once submitted. Once your application is complete, we review it and follow up with next steps. This is a premium home, and we take the safety and comfort of everyone staying here seriously.
