The Havenz Furnished Rentals wasn't created casually. It comes from lived experience and a genuine desire to help people when they need it most.

We provide thoughtfully furnished homes and private rooms for people who need a place to stay for more than a weekend but less than forever, what's often called a midterm rental, along with shorter stays for anyone who just needs a few nights. Either way, every space is fully furnished and move-in-ready, designed to feel calm, comfortable, and easy to live in during seasons of life that are often stressful, emotional, or completely unexpected.

Starting this wasn't just about offering furnished housing. It came from our founder living the problem firsthand.

Before The Havenz Furnished Rentals existed, our founder was a traveling ultrasound tech, moving from contract to contract, city to city, staying in places that technically worked but rarely felt supportive. Most temporary housing was functional at best, often impersonal, poorly maintained, or draining to live in when life already felt unsettled.

That experience, combined with years spent as a licensed real estate agent in Chicago, shaped how we think about every property we manage today, not just what it feels like to stay somewhere, but what it takes to run it right.

That understanding never faded. Over time, it became clear how deeply where you stay can affect how you feel, how you rest, and how you reset.

When you're away from home, especially during times of higher stress, your living space matters more than people realize.
